Yongle Secret Records is an immersive AR puzzle-solving game blending the script-killing format with the Forbidden City experience. Centered on the Chinese historical enigma of the "Yongle Encyclopedia," players explore the Forbidden City, using AR to interact with mythical beasts on ancient buildings.

 

This innovative approach offers a guided, gamified tour, integrating cultural heritage education with interactive exploration, enhancing engagement with traditional architecture and folklore.

This project was completed under the guidance of Dr. Chenhan Jiang and is a third-year undergraduate Human Factor Product Design course project in collaboration with the Palace Museum.
